 Take care during transport , assembly to prevent short-circuit.
Adopt insulation tools when load/unload electric connection bars,Wear insulation gloves , apron and glasses when assemble or transport batteries to avoid electric shock .just soft strip could use.Don’t touch post and valve.
Remain bar connection clean make sure specified 11.3N.M torque value.stainless steel or lead-coating bolt ,lead-coated copper bar and flat gasket could be used to connection cells in series.
Don’t mix with different capacity or different performance batteries ,check out total voltage and positive ,negative electrode to proof valid , before assemble terminal connections and start system.
Make circuit turn-off when the batteries connect to the charger and load; ensure connection correct.
Don’t clean case with organic solvent , neither put out fire with CO2 extinguisher.
Keep storage environment dry ,clean , ventilated and with the temperature range of 0-3.5℃,Recharge maintenance when storage move than half a year.
